ÉRMA ENSEMBLEÉRMA ENSEMBLEAmaryllis Bartholomeus is a belgian viola player who studied at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Belgium) with P. De Clerck. She also followed lessons and masterclasses with a.o. N. Imai, A. Valdimarsdottir, A. Arad, E. Sluys. She has always loved having a lot of variety in her playing. She regularly plays with symphonic orchestras such as the Symphony Orchestra of La Monnaie/De Munt, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonieorchester Aachen, Belgian National Orchestra. As a baroque viola player she also plays regularly with Il Gardellino, B’Rock Orchestra, Anima Eternal, Les Muffati, Musica Gloria. Since 2019, she is a member of ÉRMA Ensemble.
